The Sustainable Network and PDT parties entered with an ADPF (Arguing the Deference of Fundamental Preservation) in the STF (Federal Supreme Court) so that the court would declare constitutionally inconstitutional the decision of the C sea Members to submit to the trial against Mr Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ).
