The Administrative Council for Economic Defence (Cade) maintained that Apple is obliged to change anticompetitive practices in its application system. The decision follows the complaint made by the Free Market and the Pago Market, which states that the major technology imposes on the developers a number of restrictions on purchases within the apps with a view to preventing or limiting the entry of competitors into these markets.
