Brands of interest but no offer yet for the takeover of the Michelin sites of Vannes and Cholet

The Michelin Group has announced that it has received or has identified 53 brands of interest for the resumption of their industrial sites in Vannes and Cholet, which will definitely close on 1 September 2025.

The Michelin group presented in CSE this Wednesday the result of its search for buyers for its two factories in Vannes and Cholet, which must close by the end of the year. A research imposed by the so-called "Florange" law, which has not given anything at the moment but there are several tracks.
