BRAINERD — The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a report of a transformer sparking at 6:05 p.m. Thursday, July 10, at the intersection of Lynndale Drive and Clearwater Road. Fire crews observed no smoke or fire on arrival. The scene was turned over to the utility company.
