Bradley County Business Owner Pleads Guilty to Tax Evasion

CLEVELAND, Tenn. — Eric Wayne Helton, owner of the Aquatic Den, has pled guilty to tax evasion after an investigation by The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Helton’s charges stem from his failure to remit collected sales tax for the Aquatic Den in Cleveland. Helton was sentenced to two years’ probation.
