MOORHEAD - Boulder Tap House on Moorhead’s east side is closing. The bar and eatery at 3333 US-10 Frontage Road made the announcement Thursday, Nov. 30, in a social media post, beginning with the word “CLOSING” in capital letters. “We want to thank our Moorhead community for letting us be here for the last 8 years!!
