Bossier Parish backs case that challenges certain state-mandated court expenses

BENTON, La. -- Bossier Parish Police Jury on Wednesday adopted a resolution supporting a legal challenge before the Louisiana Supreme Court concerning the extent to which parish governments must fund certain operating expenses of district courts.
