Newry, Mourne and Down District Council Chairperson, Councillor Pete Byrne has opened Books of Condolence following the death of Pope Francis. Books of Condolence will be available for signing for two weeks and are located at the Downshire Civic Centre, Downpatrick and Newry Town Hall.
