Four injured as vehicle carrying Amarnath pilgrims skids off road in Pahalgam
Srinagar, July 07: At least four people, including three Amarnath pilgrims from Gujarat and a local driver, sustained minor injuries after their vehicle skidded off the road near Z-Mod, Chandanwari in Pahalgam on Monday. RFID counters established the Amarnath Yatra to track the movement of pilgrims
In a bid to ensure the safety and efficient monitoring of devotees undertaking the Amarnath Yatra, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) cards are being distributed to pilgrims. The Ramban District Informatics Centre has set up multiple RFID distribution counters at Yatri Niwas and various langar sites in Chanderkot, manned by trained computer operators.
