Boman, Schaffer Are Election Winners

The June 2nd Primary election took place last week, with 761 out of 1,239 Powder River County registered voters casting ballots in the election, for a turnout of 61%. Statewide, the voter turnout was far lower, with only 37.65% of voters casting their ballots. Over the past 20 years, statewide turnout rates for Primary elections have been between 32.5% (in 2010), to as high as 54.8% (in 2020)....
