The President of Bolivia, Rodrigo Paz, passed yesterday morning a law that abrogated another 2020 rule, known as the State of Exception law, and thus removed the legal obstacles that prevented him from issuing an emergency situation in the face of roadblocks and protests that demand his resignation.
