Nearly everyone in West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen no longer needs to boil their tap water for three minutes before drinking it, according to the safety region and water company Evides. A preventative boil-water advisory was in effect since Tuesday for several hundred homes in the Oostburg and Biervliet area. The advisory remains in effect for 16 homes in Oostburg and Nieuwvliet.
