BODYBAR PILATES SETS RECORD FOR U.S.'S LARGEST REFORMER PILATES CLASS
The 50-minute class raised $10,000 for the Foundation for Women’s Cancer, with 100 participants on 100 reformers.
On Sunday, September 13, 2026, BODYBAR Pilates set a U.S. record for the largest reformer Pilates class, bringing together 100 participants on 100 reformers at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star.
The event commemorated the 100th anniversary of Pilates, founded by Joseph and Clara Pilates in 1926, alongside BODYBAR's milestone 100th studio opening in North Fort Worth on Tuesday, September 8.
Balanced Body Inc. supplied all 100 reformers for the 50-minute class, while partners McCollister, Pilabarre, FitRadio, and TAVI handled equipment installation, provided custom grip socks, and delivered on-site entertainment.
The event raised $10,000 for the Foundation for Women's Cancer in recognition of Gynecological Cancer Awareness Month, with $100 donated per reformer to support the 501 nonprofit's research programs.
Chief Brand Officer and Co-Founder Kamille McCollum said the event "exceeded every expectation," describing it as a testament to how far both Pilates and BODYBAR's fitness communities have grown.
