'She froze to death,' says grandson of woman found dead outside Laval seniors' residence
An 88-year-old woman has died after being found outside a seniors' residence in Laval early this morning. Temperatures dropped to -18 C early Monday morning, according to Environment Canada.
At approximately 6:50 a.m. on Monday, emergency services were dispatched to the seniors' residence, located on the Promenade des Îles, Chomedey area, in Laval.
A 88-year-old woman was found lifeless on Monday morning, while mercury was close to -18 degrees Celsius, outside her seniors' residence (PRA) in Laval.
The investigation was transferred to the Office of the Coroner.
