A body has been found in a major land and sea search following a young man being swept out to sea on the NSW Central Coast.

A body has been found during the search for a teenager, missing off the Central Coast. Police say the 18-year-old had been swimming with a group of friends last night, when a sandbar collapsed, sweeping two of them into the water.
