BMC Employee Booked For Securing Job With Fake Sanitary Inspector Certificates In 1993

A 58-year-old BMC employee has been booked for allegedly securing his job in 1993 using forged sanitary inspector course certificates. Verification by the All India Institute of Local Self Government confirmed the documents were fake. He was suspended in December 2025, and police have registered an FIR under cheating and forgery sections.
