BLUFFTON — The Bluffton American Legion Post 382 will begin Veterans Day with a ceremony at the Bluffton High School, 106 W. College Ave, at 7:45 a.m. A flag retirement will kick off the ceremony, followed by a speech by Commander Kurt Emans.
