Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – A Bluefield man has pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute meth. Court documents state that on June 13, 2023, law enforcement executed a search warrant at 22-year-old Landon Joseph Cartwright’s house. They seized 443 grams of meth.
