BISMARCK – A split was still good enough for the Blue Jays on Tuesday. BISMARCK — Maddie Hoff had Bismarck Legacy scared on Tuesday. Hoff, a sophomore pitcher for the Jamestown High School softball team, was dominant in the circle, ringing up 10 Ks in her seven innings pitched.
