39-year-old Roger King of Indiana is sentenced to 48 months in prison for making a bomb threat to Republican justices on the U.S. Supreme Court and mailing a substance claimed to be anthrax to two federal judges in Indiana who were presiding over a civil case King had filed. King was serving time in the New Castle Correctional Facility at the time. King pleaded guilty to two counts of mailing threatening communications.
