ROCHESTER —Blaze Credit Union paid $3.2 million for a first-floor business condominium to launch a new Rochester branch. Falcon Heights, Minn.-based Blaze, which has 28 branches in Minnesota, purchased the condo at 975 34th Ave. NW on Dec. 30.
