BEMIDJI — Bemidji’s 14U Navy travel fastpitch softball team fared well in two end-of-season tournaments. The Blaze finished in third place in the tiered state tournament July 23-24 in Minneapolis and seventh overall at MONSTA Nationals, an open format tournament that had 50 teams from Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin participating from Aug. 4-7 in St. Lois Park.
