- A court calendar update shows a judge in the Southern District of New York will hear Baldoni’s motion for summary judgment on Jan. 22 and the trial is scheduled to begin May 18, 2026.
- Known for representing Epstein survivors, McCawley previously represented Virginia Giuffre and Leslie Sloane, linking her to both Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged victims and Lively’s publicist.
