One of the most popular Black-owned businesses in downtown Springfield will host a four-part Black History Month celebratory event series.Dewey’s Jazz Lounge, located at 232 Worthington St. in Springfield, is celebrating Black History Month with a four-part event series taking place every Thursday in February.
