Aprea Therapeutics Announces Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

On Wednesday, Riot Platforms CEO Jason Les announced a 15-year, 910-megawatt triple-net powered land lease with a leading Frontier AI Lab for its Corsicana, Texas campus, representing approximately $28 billion in total contract value.
This agreement expands Riot's infrastructure pivot, combining the existing AMD contract and earlier Rockdale lease to secure 1,151 megawatts of capacity representing approximately $38 billion in long-term contracted revenue.
Riot reported third-quarter revenue of $181.4 million, up 1% year-over-year, while net income fell to about $4 million from $104.5 million in 2025 as bitcoin mining income declined.
The company sold 20,264 bitcoin year-to-date for approximately $1.5 billion to fund data center development, while maintaining $950.2 million in cash and bitcoin and terminating its $200 million Coinbase credit facility.
Shares surged 13% following the announcement, and management expects the contracted capacity to generate more than $2 billion of average annual net operating income at full deployment.
