Yet another corrupt public official. It was officials in Kanchanaburi a couple of weeks ago, and in Chiang Mai late last year, selling Thai national ID cards to foreigners, particularly Chinese nationals. Maybe those netizens, we constantly read about in Asean Now articles, who complain about the antics of foreigners, would be better off focusing on their own citizens holding positions of public trust!
