Binh Duong implements 100-day peak of public investment disbursement

(Dan Tri) - Binh Duong province has approved a plan to implement the 100-day peak period of public investment disbursement. The plan sets out two phases with a disbursement rate of 50-70% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.
