A tourist aircraft had to land urgently on the beach of the Royal Pavilion in Bidart, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, on Monday, 3 November, after an engine failure in flight.The pilot was unharmed and the aircraft was rescued from the rising tide with the help of a torrent.
On Tuesday, November 4, passersby were able to admire a stranded plane on the beach of the Royal Pavilion in Bidart. The day before, the pilot had to land in an emergency. He was not injured. Since then, the two-seater has been moved.
A small plane made an emergency landing on Monday, November 3rd on the beach of the Royal Pavilion in Bidart, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, after a loss of altitude. No wounded were to be deplored.
Indemne, the pilot was left on site. The aircraft had to be removed before the change of tide. Firefighters were engaged on Monday, November 3rd at around 5pm for a fall of aircraft on the town of Indemne.
