Bowling Green Police arrested a Michigan man Sunday (June 14) around 1:37 a.m., for obstructing official business and resisting arrest. Skyler Evans, 24, of Monroe, was reportedly found to have a BAC of 0.164 – more than twice the legal limit. Police reportedly found Evans in the driver’s seat of a pickup in the city parking lot in the 100 block of East Court Street. Officers also reported an open container of an alcoholic beverage in the vehicle. Evans reportedly refused to get out of his truck, then continued to resist arrest after officers pulled him out of the vehicle. He was taken to Wood County Jail.
