Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Tina Knowles attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday for the Knowles-Rowland House in Houston. The project transforms the former Knowles-Rowland Center for Youth into permanent supportive housing for people who have experienced chronic homelessness.
