'Better than Santa': Snow castle almost ready to host annual Yellowknife festival

Summary by Ground News
The Snowking, otherwise known as Anthony Foliot, has been building the castle for 28 years. The annual tradition was born in the early 1990s when Foliot was living in the city's Woodyard neighbourhood. The castle now hosts the Snowking's Winter Festival every March. In 2019, for the first time, the castle was forced to close early due to flooding.
