A Bethlehem Mexican restaurant will offer tacos and burritos to-go when it opens a second location this weekend. The restaurant, Lu Taqueria, will open at 56 W. Water St. in Hellertown Saturday, it announced on Instagram. While the new location will offer only pickup and delivery, it does have parking in the back.
