Since the multiple revelations of sexual violence in the Catholic educational institution Notre-Dame-de-Betharram, complaints have multiplied, but justice has held that most of them were prescribed.

One of these 48 new complaints concerns acts of rape in a meeting, committed by two priests.

These new complaints are all a priori prescribed, according to the spokesman of the group of victims responsible for these new complaints, Alain Esquerre, which specifies that 90 of the 200 complaints concern sexual acts.
