Berthoud trustees approve Legacy Park agreement, discuss trail and pedestrian safety

Legacy Park, formerly known as the Ludlow project, is a roughly 320-acre property with a maximum of 1,800 possible residential units expected to be constructed in phases. Community Development Director Anne Johnson said the first final plat created 453 residential lots, roughly 10 commercial mixed-use lots, seven tracts and numerous out lots for parks and open space.
