Aventia Acquires Louisiana-Based ECM Consultants, Strengthening Gulf South Presence
ECM Consultants has delivered more than 1,700 projects, and the deal expands Aventia’s infrastructure and resilience services across the Gulf South.
- On Monday, Aventia, a Bernhard Capital Partners portfolio company, announced the acquisition of Louisiana-based ECM Consultants, marking the firm's sixth deal since 2022.
- Founded in 1995, ECM Consultants has delivered more than 1,700 projects across the Gulf South, maintaining offices in Metairie, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Shreveport.
- Partner Chris Dillon of Bernhard Capital Partners said, "ECM's decades of infrastructure experience and established Gulf South relationships complement Aventia's existing capabilities exceptionally well."
- Aventia Chief Executive Officer Dirk Applegate said ECM brings "30 years of trusted relationships," while ECM President Ujjal DasGupta noted the deal "creates new opportunities" to expand work scope.
