SUN PRAIRIE, WIS. — Berkadia has arranged the sale of Aster at Sun Prairie, a 228-unit multifamily property formerly known as Springs at Sun Prairie. Pete Evans and Richard Evans of Berkadia represented the seller, Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Continental Properties. The buyer was Kirkland, Wash.-based Weidner Apartment Homes. Built in 2018, the property comprises 12 buildings and a clubhouse with a pool and fitness center.
