Beloved birding preserve on South Texas border might not reopen if wall is built through it

Cate and Bob Bowman are caretakers of the Salineño Wildlife Preserve in far western Starr County on the Mexican border.. But it might not reopen next year if DHS builds a border wallough this wildlife preserve that is not exempted from wall construction as it had been in previous years.
