ROCKTON, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockton Police arrested Patrick Martin, 18, for allegedly having a shotgun in his vehicle without a FOID card, according to court records. On May 21, just before 2 a.m., authorities saw a "suspicious vehicle" in the parking lot of Stephen Mack Middle School.
