CHICO — Bellachino’s Cafe has a mostly female staff, so it’s only fitting how the cafe got its name. Former owner Sasha Cassell was sitting with the original owner dreaming up names for the cafe, and Bellachino’s came to mind, because Cassell said it means “pretty women” in Italian.
