There was a stir in the area of Chadera police station in Tikamgarh district of Madhya Pradesh when the decapitated body of a youth was found. The severed head of the youth was lying separated from the body. A chillum, lemon, coconut and namkeen were also found lying with it. As soon as the news of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating the case.
