A 63-year-old Bedford man, Raymond Scott Smith, has been jailed after allegedly exposing and “pleasuring himself” in front of three young girls at a Goodwill store in Snake Spring Township, Bedford County.  According to the police affidavit, the incident occurred on the afternoon of December 4th.  The victims’ mother reportedly admitted she left the girls unattended in the toy aisle while she shopped elsewhere in the store.  Smith allegedly appr…
