This past December, on a clear and cold Friday afternoon, I joined a couple hundred other people to attend, and pay our respects during, the graveside service of Rebecca Love “Becky” Elder, at Elderslie Farm, her family’s property in Kechi, a small village northeast of Wichita, KS.
