Jian G. is said to have spied for China - also from the Brussels office of his former employer, the AfD deputy Krah. For more than a year, G. has been in pre-trial detention. Now a trial against him starts in Dresden, which can become extremely difficult for the AfD.


The German-Chinese Jian G. is said to have betrayed particularly sensitive data of the EU Parliament to a foreign intelligence service. Chinese opposition and AfD politicians were also among the victims of the alleged agent, according to the charges.
