After more than a month, the Strathcona County RCMP are seeking assistance from the public in identifying two men involved in an assault at Safeway on Fir Street.

Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to 202 calls for service in the Central Plains area, which includes Portage la Prairie, Treherne, Amaranth, and surrounding Rural Municipalities, between March 3 and March 9, 2025. The police activity during this period included a variety of incidents.
