The coordinator of the Left Block (BE), José Manuel Pureza, today accused the Minister of Education of being an "agent of confusion" and of causing "chaos" in the educational system, pointing to failures in the start of the school year.
The start of our school year has been delayed for various reasons, including teachers' picket to claim their entitlements, and the fact that a large number of schools are not ready for maintenance work, but it is even more surprising that the Ministry is absent from the scene, and that there is no clear and public opinion plan. Look only at what is happening in neighbouring Egypt; the school year has already begun, and has been received.
According to José Manuel Pureza, the start of the school year is taking place "without surprise, for the worst reasons".
