A majority of BBB voters would have preferred Mona Keijzer as the new party leader over Henk Vermeer, according to a survey by the Hart van Nederland panel. According to the survey, 51 percent believe Keijzer should have taken over as leader. Only 17 percent consider Henk Vermeer the right choice at this time. This means the new phase of the Farmers' Citizen Movement is not starting with broad support from its own supporters.
