Bayer Leverkusen have secured the future of highly-rated 18-year-old Ghanaian winger Clinton Edem Wilson, awarding him his first professional contract. The Accra-born forward returns to the Leverkusen fold after a successful spell with FC Schalke 04, where he scored 6 goals and provided 2 assists in 24 appearances for the U19 team. Wilson originally joined Leverkusen’s youth academy after impressing during trials.
