Baton Rouge YMCA to reopen in April after $30M investment

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- The A.C. Lewis YMCA in Mid City will reopen Monday after a $30 million investment to construct a new facility and a four-story apartment complex. The 27,000 YMCA facility on South Foster Drive is set to open its doors again after two years of construction, according to a news release from the YMCA of the Capital Area.
