Barth: Ponderosa Park needs your help

Ponderosa Park needs your help. All assortments of litter accumulates on a daily basis. To alleviate the problem, “Friends of Ponderosa Park” — a volunteer corps — meets each Sunday at noon to collect and responsibly dispose of litter to keep the trail, picnic areas, and the Basalt Edible Garden litter-free for all to enjoy. We work for one hour or as needed, leaving plenty of afternoon for volunteers to recreate afterwards. Please help if you …
