BART puts up one-half-million dollars to fight worker safety citations

BART has dedicated more than a half-million dollars on its fight with the state’s worker safety agency, including its recent challenge to a citation accusing the transit agency of breaking its own safety rules during track replacement work inside a hillside tunnel.
